On 27^th October 2025, Ms. Gashumba Jeanne Pauline, FIC Director General, presided over the second batch of a 5-day training organized by FIC in partnership with the SecFin Africa Project in Kigali. This training which brought together 55 representatives from Law Enforcement Agencies, FIC, and Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions, focuses on countering terrorism, terrorist financing, and implementing targeted financial sanctions. 

Ms. Gashumba encouraged all attendees to actively engage throughout the sessions to gain requisite knowledge and skills that will help them achieve the intended training objectives. She also commended the GIZ/SecFin Africa Project for unwavering support in strengthening Rwanda’s CFT architecture.
