The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) has issued Guideline No. 001/2025 on AML/CFT/CFP Independent Audit on 18 March 2025, aimed at assisting reporting persons in fulfilling their obligations by conducting audits and tests to verify their level of compliance with AML/CFT/CFP legal obligations, applicable policies, strategies, and programs. The guideline also supports those who perform audits of the AML/CFT/CFP programs of reporting persons.
