September 05^th, 2023 Ms. Gashumba Jeanne Pauline, the Director General of Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) Rwanda signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Financial Intelligence Centre of Zambia during the Eastern and Southern Africa Anti-Money Laundering Group (ESAAMLG) meeting which is taking place in Kasane, Republic of Botswana.

This MoU aims at promoting cooperation and collaboration in exchange of information for financial intelligence purposes to fight against Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing and Counter Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destructions and related crimes.
