In line with Article 11 of the Prime Minister’s Order n° 001/03 of 22/01/2025 governing the National Counter-Terrorism Committee,  Article 5 of Regulations n^o  001/FIC/2025of 15/01/2025  relating to Targeted Financial Sanctions, the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) notifies all reporting persons, competent authorities, supervisory authorities, and the public that on 14/10/2025,  in accordance with relevant Rwandan laws, the National Counter Terrorism Committee designated 25 individuals for their involvement in terrorism and/or terrorist financing;
